A little less than a month after being arrested in New York City ahead of a planned concert at Radio City Music Hall, DMX has been sentenced to six months in jail stemming from a family court violation. According to WIVB, DMX will serve the time in the Erie County Holding Center in Buffalo, New York, a "pretrial, maximum security detention facility." X, who is now 44-years old, was sentenced by Family Court Judge Deanne Trippi for failure to comply with a previous court order. Last month, shortly after his arrest, Rolling Stone reported that the Ruff Ryders rapper owed as much as $400,000 in child support in Erie County.
