It's that time of year again; the 2014 edition of MTV's Video Music Awards is going down on Sunday, August 24 in California. And contrary to popular belief, the pop side of EDM hasn't invaded this year's nominations. They're there in a few places (and in sounds), but the actual number of nominees from the EDM scene is pretty damn scarce. You can check out the full list of nominations here, but down below we have a list of the electronic music artists that have been nominated for 2014 VMAs. Do note that DJ Snake's "Turn Down For What" video is up for four nominations, including Best Direction and Best Art Direction. Great to see the "Hate Or Glory" video also being up for Best Cinematography.
