We hit up the Blue Flame Agency's Alliance Mixer to hang out and grab some drinks with some of New York City's tastemakers of the moment.

While we were there, we caught up with Meek Mill, fresh out of court following the verdict of his recent civil suit against two Philadelphia police officers' unlawful traffic stop. The jury voted against Meek’s claims. Frustrated, he spoke to us about the case, and also spoke candidly on the matter of how he deals with a diverse audience rapping the word "nigga" at his shows. Check out the video interview above, and for more on Meek Mill and the rest of today's stories, keep it locked to Complex News.
