Justin Bieber has released his first new song since his arrest, and chose a somewhat bizarre platform for the release. The song, "Broken," came out on DJ Tay James' We Know The DJ Radio 4 mixtape via LiveMixtapes. It has an appearance from rapper Blake Kelly. "They can't take what's mine," Bieber declares emphatically on the new song, suggesting that despite the legal pressure he is facing, he will overcome the odds.

Speaking of his legal issues, Bieber has reportedly been offered a plea deal in the DUI case. It is believed that prosecutors want him to plead guilty to charges of reckless driving and accept a sentence of 40 hours of community service. Along with that, he will have to accept random drug tests.
