Lil Bibby's Free Crack currently holds the title belt as Chicago's hottest mixtape, but that very well may change when his friend and close collaborator Lil Herb drops his debut solo full-length Welcome to Fazoland. Though the tape doesn't have yet a solid date, today Herb showed again why it is so anticipated with the new Luca Vialli-produced track "4 Minutes of Hell Pt. 3."

Much like Lil Durk's "52 Bars" series of tracks, "4 Minutes of Hell Pt. 3" is the third edition in a succession of songs in which the Chicago rapper spits straight with no chorus, in the process batting back against the notion that Chicago's drill rappers are anti-lyricists. In explaining his upbringing Herb is lucid but also unflinching like you would expect from a teenage rapper.
