Flume is getting ready to put out their eponymous debut album, and in the deluxe edition, they're putting out a side project of sorts. Called The Mixtape, the project is a blend of their off-kilter ambient production with rappers who would not appear to fit into the Flume universe on first-glance. Today, they have released a new song that is the epitome of this type of mash-up. "Space Cadet" has appearances from both Ghostface Killah and Autre Ne Veut. Somehow, Ghostface's raunchy rhymes match up well on the beat and Autre Ne Veut's hook fits.

Other rappers on The Mixtape include Killer Mike, Boldy James, and Freddie Gibbs. Alongside them are artists like How To Dress Well and Twin Shadow. This should be interesting. The album comes out November 8.

The Mixtape:
1. Flume – Intro feat. Stalley
2. Flume – Space Cadet feat. Ghostface Killah & Autre Ne Veut
3. Flume – Insane feat. Killer Mike & Moon Holiday
4. Flume – Stay Close feat. Boldy James, Alexander Spit & Aaron Cohen
5. Flume – Holdin On feat. Freddie Gibbs
6. Flume – Change feat. How To Dress Well
7. Flume – Warm Thoughts feat. Grande Marshall & Goldie Glo
8. Flume – Sleepless feat. Twin Shadow & Jezzabell Doran
9. Hermitude – HyperParadise feat. M.O.P. (Flume Mixtape Version)
