ScHoolboy Q has offered a new release date for Oxymoron in his verse for Isaiah Rashad's "I Shot You Down (Remix)." Taking the last verse of the song, ScHoolboy said that after the initial plan of dropping in November, he has now decided to drop his long-anticipated album in January 2014. The album has been setback by sample clearance issues.

The exact quote is:

"I'm tired of answering questions why Oxymoron delayed/See I was thinking November but January is sweet."

Oxymoron is expected to have contributions from A$AP Rocky, Danny Brown, Kendrick Lamar, and Ab-Soul, along with production from DJ Dahi, Alchemist, and Boi-1da. The album's lead single thus far has been the Kendrick-assisted "Collard Greens."
