In an upcoming October issue of JETChris Brown criticizes Jay Z for his past that includes drug dealing and stabbing an individual.

“No disrespect, because I’m a fan, but nobody brings up the fact that [Jay Z] stabbed somebody and sold drugs. He gets a pass," Brown says. His response likely comes after being questioned about his own past. The 24-year-old-singer is still fielding questions from interviewers after pleading guilty to felony assault in 2009 for hitting his then-girlfriend Rihanna.

No one's disputing Brown's claim about Jay Z's past. What it has to do with his own actions is beyond us though.

Chris Brown also speaks on his relationship with his current girlfriend Karrueche Tran, as well as Rihanna, and why he identifies with "Trayvon [Martin] 100 percent." This issue of JET hits newsstands September 23.
