Jay-Z doesn't tweet that often or that much. But fresh from announcing his new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, in an epic Samsung ad during halftime of the NBA Finals, Jigga took to Twitter for his "yearly allotment" of tweets.
He went off using the hashtag #newrules, which stems from the Samsung ad where he tells producers like Rick Rubin, Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, and Pharrell that, "We need to write new rules."
Wait a minute, New Rules? Pretty sure Bill Maher is coming in for 700%.
