Tragedy hit Queens earlier this week when 14-year-old D'aja Robinson was struck by a stray bullet while riding a city bus. The unfortunate circumstance drew the attention of 50 Cent, a Queens native. He said on his Facebook page that he funded the horse and carriage that carried the slain teen during he funeral on Friday.

50 also left this message on his Facebook:

People always try and paint negative images about me I'm the most genuine down to earth person and I didn't forget where I came from I came through for baby girl by providing a horse and carriage for her. She was pretty, innocent and didnt deserve to die like that R.I.P D'Asia Robinson.
