Chi Cheng, bassist and one of the founding members of The Deftones, has passed away Saturday at the age of 42. Cheng, who was left in a semi-vegetative state following a car accident in 2008, was rushed to the emergency room Saturday morning, but unfortunately, his heart "suddenly stopped." His family has released a statement regarding the death.
