At one point, Atlanta wasn't considered a go-to place for hip-hop. Even when OutKast and Goodie Mob broke through the barriers, the genre was still carried by rappers in New York and California. Rome Fortune is part of what is called the "New Atlanta Movement" with Trinidad James and others.
