Video: Andre 3000 Says "Sixteen" Video Isn't Happening

In a recent sit down with Global Grind, Andre 3000 revealed that a video will not be coming out for Rick Ross' "Sixteen." Three Stacks was rumored to have been directed the visuals—he's featured on the track—but apparently the timing with his other projects is what hindered it all from coming together.
