The story surrounding the Twitter beef between Mobb Deep's Havoc and Prodigy just might be over. As of last night, both sides have come forward to deny any bad blood between the two, something that Havoc, who started it all, explained last week.
But it was Prodigy's turn to dismiss all the rumors during his appearance on Hot 97's Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg show. As you'll hear in the above video interview, P says that he and Hav "milked" the whole situation because they're working on an album and have singles on the way.
"You know what it is? Me and Hav have a lot of fights and arguments and when we fight we laugh about it and tell people on the radio, interviews, all that. It's nothing to be ashamed of or tried to hide, you know what I'm sayin'?
Especially with me and Hav, our whole thing with Mobb Deep is to try to make ourselves one of the longest running hip-hop groups that there is and we know that. That's our goal. We said this to ourselves a long time ago. So when little arguments, whatever, pop up it's nothing, it's nothing for us to hide or hide from the media."
Hmm. They also discuss the whole "password app" thing that Hav talked about on The Breakfast Club last week.
