Brianna Brochu, the white woman and former University of Hartford student who infamously contaminated her black roommate's belongings with bodily fluids last year, is getting away with with a mere slap on the wrist.

According to the Hartford Courant, Brochu was given a special form of probation during her hearing in Hartford's Superior Court on Monday that could allow her to avoid a criminal record. Her former roommate Chennel "Jazzy" Rowe (who Brochu referred to as the "Jamaican Barbie") attended the hearing but did not oppose the request for accelerated rehabilitation. Now, Brochu is only ordered to perform 200 hours of community service, which includes 50 hours at a literacy organization in Greater Hartford and another 50 at a social services group.

If she stays out of trouble and complete the court-mandated requirements, then her charges (breach of peace and criminal mischief) will be thrown out after two years.

Last November, Brochu was kicked out of the University of Hartford after she boasted on social media about abusing her roommate behind her back with disgusting behavior.

"Finally did it yo girl got rid of her roommate!! After 1 1/2 month of spitting in her coconut oil, putting moldy clam dip in her lotions, rubbing used tampons [on] her backpack, putting her toothbrush places where the sun doesn’t shine and so much more I can finally say goodbye Jamaican Barbie," Brochu wrote on Instagram.

In addition to her community service hours, Brochu is also forbidden from having contact with Rowe and will have to submit to a mental health evaluation.
