MTV's 'Scream' TV Series Looks Half Decent in New Trailer
The cult classic film Scream is finally making it's way from the big screen to the silver screen.

It's your worst nightmare because the Scream franchise will never end. The cult classic film is finally making it's way from the silver screen to the small screen. MTV said a Scream series was in the works back in 2012, looking to piggyback on the horror franchise's success by turning it into a television show based on the film series. The first trailer for the upcoming series premiered last night at the MTV Movie Awards, because MTV no longer has anything to do with music. The storyline follows a more modern plot. A murder is caused by cyber-bullying which uncovers nostalgic memories of a killing spree from the past.
MTV is also working with The Weinstein Company and Scream-creator Wes Craven. The show premiers this June on MTV.
