HOME 5W33T HOME: The 25 Worst Video Game Cities To Live In

Fallujah’s probably not the best place to live in real life, regardless of season, let alone within a video game.  So for the purposes of this list, we kept all the cities and lands fictional.

And when it comes to cities and lands, my realtor used to always extol the three oldest real estate clichés around: Location, Location… then a zombie bit his face off, but I’m assuming the third point was going to be Location.

And if Location is the answer, then these places are asking all the wrong questions.

Alternating between utter desolation and mutant infestation, these cities go from leaky, post-apocalyptic rusted metal hovels in which you’d be lucky to find so much as a matchbook to perfectly intact, well-supplied warehouses full of random weaponry, ammunition, and exploding barrels.

What about Arkham City? It has it all: Gangs of well-armed thugs terrorizing innocent political prisoners, no food, it's constantly snowing, buildings blow up all the time, and helicopters raining death from above.

Not to mention the fact that Shinra is happy to destroy a whole sector and kill everyone who lives there to get rid of five ecoterrorists. Or that most people there live under a giant metal plate. Not my idea of a dream home location. I'd rather live on the SL grid. It's weird there, sure, but I could make my home as nice and private as I wanted!

There are no names on the photos. PUT SOME NAMES ON THE PHOTOS! Just because sonic is in the picture doesn't mean I know the game. I can't even tell where the first 3 photos are from!

No Silent Hill. Completely invalidates you not only as a writer, but as an organism. Half of these places aren't "cities" at all. ANYWHERE IN JOUST LOL. Son of a bitch I am fuming.
