Dior’s iconic Parisian flagship has received an update.
In 2019, the French fashion house announced it would temporarily move to Champs-Elysées as its team completed renovations at 30 Montaigne—the original address of Christian Dior’s first-ever boutique. Now, more than two years later, the label is ready to unveil its old-new digs, which were designed in collaboration with architect Peter Marino.
According to Dior, the legendary space will house the women’s- and menswear collections, a haute couture salon, haute couture atelier, fine jewelry atelier, the Dior Café, as well as a restaurant helmed by Jean Imbert—the winner 2012’s Top Chef French edition. The flagship will also include a gallery that highlights Christian Dior’s creations, as well the work of his successors: Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons, and Dior’s current creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri.
Dior’s flagship at 30 Avenue Montaigne will open its doors to the public on March 7.
