"How do you imagine a gender equal world?" That is the question Jhené Aiko is hoping to raise through her new project with the United Nations Foundation campaign, Girl Up, and Brooklyn Industries.
The singer is teaming up with the retailer and Girl Up, a campaign that supports the empowerment of girls everywhere through advocacy and fundraising, to release a Global Equality Tee.
The shirt will come in three styles that feature a different image of a woman. The powerful graphics are meant encourage people to talk about seeing and hearing new things.
The tees are available now at Brooklyn Industries stores and online. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to helping Girl Up's mission to reach gender equality by 2030.
