The September issue of Maxim magazine has the goods. Inside the pages, you'll find a spread featuring Fetty Wap and the issue's cover has made history by featuring its first solo man ever, Idris Elba, according to New York Mag.

The magazine touts Elba as an "all-around badass," a fitting description for the man we're all hoping will be the next James Bond. What's more, Ebla was tapped for the magazine's September issue, which even people whose fashion knowledge is limited to having seen The Devil Wears Prada know is a huge deal.

The decision to put Elba on the cover was based on new editor-in-chief Kate Lanphear's desire for the mag to be known for more than its Hot 100 list. "It just makes sense to have a man in fashion on the cover," Lanphear told Racked. "For me, he was really the perfect embodiment of what I think the new Maxim man is." She notes Elba's accomplishments as an actor, DJ, collaborator with the clothing company Superdry, and owner of the British land speed record

Lanphear's new look has garnered good press and more advertising dollars for the magazine. Ads for the September issue are up 143 percent from last year, according to Racked. More luxury brands are looking to get in on the more refined action, and this issue will feature adverts from the likes of Prada, Versace, and Calvin Klein, among others.

Maxim's September issue is also set to include a profile on A$AP Rocky and an essay we are waiting on the edge of our seats for from Rick Owens on how to get fit.
