This past Saturday, the Lee family and SSB (Soul Stoned Brothers) held a memorial ceremony at the Irondale Center in Brooklyn for Spike Lee's brother, graffiti artist Christopher "Shadow" Lee, who passed away on Dec. 30, 2013.

The memorial was hosted by filmmaker Cinqué Lee and musician Arnold Lee, with SSB President George "AIM SSB" Colon, photographer Flint Gennari, and graffiti artist TON, each speaking about their relationship with Shadow and his impact on graffiti culture. The speakers were followed by a film presentation of the tribute murals that were created for Shadow, while others from the graffiti community joined the family in celebrating his life, including War SSB, BILROC, Cire, Poke One, and Mino 2.
