Graphic designer Eisen Bernard Bernardo superimposes magazine covers onto famous art work for a series called Mag + Art, and it's pretty incredible.

Bernardo, who creates educational materials in the Philippines for ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity, put Beyoncé's GQ cover on Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres' Benus Anadyomene, Angelina Jolie in Sandro Botticelli's The Birth of Venus, and plenty more. Even Kanye West's Rolling Stone cover gets put on Jesus' face in Hieronymus Bosch's Christ Carrying the Cross.

This type of hilarious culture mashing has been in the cross-hairs of the Internet this week, most notably the work of WtfRenaissance, which uses this same genre of classic, famous paintings to describe the toils of everyday life in 2014.

Scroll through the images below to see celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Ryan Gosling, and Rihanna portrayed as deities (arguably, they are).
