UK illustrator Alexis Marcou has designed a custom font for Nike MLB. The typeface, called “Defender,” incorporates some of the artist's signature moves, and was created using graphite and ink. The letters in this custom typography are elegant and intricate, with hard geometric lines and elaborate shadowing. The distorted, monochromatic symbols are also detailed with playful splashes of ink.
