Japanese artist Toshihiko Shibuya has released the latest installment of his series titled Snow Pallet. In his work, he paints iron with vibrantly-colored discs and sets them underneath a sheet of snow. The cold weather becomes a canvas for colorful hues that transparently appear in the background. His intention is to make art in unexpected places, and in our opinion, he succeeds.
