Producers get fresh too!

Gone are the days of producers being sentenced to dark corners in the studio; spending countless hours huddled over beat machines and crates of vinyl with no time to get fresh. Now, producers stand in the trenches with their rapper counterparts in a constant battle to stunt on whoever may come their way.

So let's break down the most relevant players right now, shall we? And from that batch, let's actually pick out the ones that know how to get themselves dressed right. Just Blaze

10. Just Blaze

Just Blaze is a champion producer, and the fact that his beats from 10 years ago still sound amazing means something. We're also playing his non-sampled masterpiece, "Lord Knows" from Drake's Take Care on repeat. Straight fire. Same can be said when it comes to his style. His vintage Polo game is serious, and when he's not laced in that RL, he's repping the finest of streetwear.

Chad Hugo

9. Chad Hugo

Chad Hugo shies away from the limelight, and the way he dresses himself reflects this perfectly. The other half of the Neptunes doesn't get enough credit when it comes to style. Chad stays laid-back in Vans, tees, and beanies, but still manages to look fresh. One thing we can learn from him is that the best way to get dressed is to be yourself. Nobody looks good when they look like they've been trying too hard.

Hit-Boy

8. Hit-Boy

Hit-Boy will be around for awhile, especially since his Watch The Throne banger "Ni**as in Paris" is everyone's favorite club song. Aside from the fact that he produces for the likes of Lil Wayne and Eminem, the kid can also get dressed. He has a nice collection of dope tees, and is an accessories man. You'll find him rocking a Louis Vuitton scarf or a Good Wood NYC piece at any moment.

Lex Luger

7. Lex Luger

Lex Luger gave everyone and their moms a hit this past year, and he definitely got recognized for it with BMI's Producer of the Year Award. We aren't too familiar of the young producer's style since he tends to stay behind the scenes, but we definitely peep him rocking Polo and Obey on the regular. Not bad. He doesn't do anything out of the ordinary, but we're looking forward to seeing how his personal style evolves as he goes through his twenties.

Chuck Inglish

6. Chuck Inglish

The Cool Kids don't get shown enough love. One-half of the rap duo is Chuck Inglish, who is a monster when it comes to producing. And when it comes to style, Chuck is on that new new. A lot of other rappers are now catching on to what's been in his closet for years. He's got the hat game especially on lock with an awesome collection of beanies, fitteds, and snapbacks, and he's currently into collecting vintage Nautica gear.

Diplo

5. Diplo

Diplo is an all-around musical technician. He's got house, dubstep, dancehall, Baltimore club, and even K-pop on lock. Don't think he does rap? Wrong. His new joint for Wale is tough. Just like his music, he also changes up his personal style by dressing down and dressing up in all kinds of sharp suits. Versatility is an important part of being stylish, so he gets major props from us.

When it comes to style, Swizzy is a true renaissance man. While still making hits, he has managed to pick up art collecting, painting, shoe design, fashion design and even turned into the VP of Creative Design for Lotus cars. Plus, he has a mean leather jacket collection.

Diddy

3. Diddy

Whether you look at photos of classic Puff Daddy or present day Ciroc Boy, there's no denying that Diddy has an eye for flamboyant style. We rocked with all his trends from shiny suits to velour to bottom grills. Plus, it's pretty impressive that Sean Jean is still strong in the game 13 years since it's inception.

Pharrell Williams

2. Pharrell Williams

Along with being one of the most sought after producers, Skateboard P has been named "Best Dressed Man" in countless publications. With a highly successful clothing brand like BBC/Ice Cream on his resume, how can we put him any lower on the list? His eye for style is unique, and his collaborations with all type of brands from G-Shock to Hermes are all super dope.

Kanye West

1. Kanye West

Don't act surprised. Yeezy has successful sneaker collaborations with two of the biggest brands, Nike and Louis Vuitton. He also debuted his first womenswear collection at Paris Fashion Week this year. And once he wears something, it's a co-sign which immediately becomes a trend in hip-hop and on the streets. There's no denying Kanye is the number one most stylish producer right now.
