After a thrilling 41-33 victory Sunday over the Patriots, the Eagles are your Super Bowl champions. Who would’ve have ever imagined a backup quarterback would take down Tom Brady and the well-oiled machine in the New England Patriots? The Eagles were the underdog in every single one of their playoff matchups despite being the No. 1 seed in the NFC and defied all odds to reach the top of the NFL with Nick Foles under center.
With MVP candidate Carson Wentz returning to the team next season, the Eagles should be among the favorites to win the Lombardi Trophy again next year in Atlanta. Along with the usual suspects like the Patriots, Steelers, and Packers. So which teams are the true favorites to win Super Bowl LIII? We’d argue no one because we can come up with at least one very good reason why your squad will not win the big game next February.
AFC East - Buffalo Bills
Miami Dolphins
New York Jets
2017 record: 5-11
Odds to win Super Bowl LIII: 100-1
Why they won’t win it: They’re still the laughing stock of New York.
The Giants won three games last season but Jets are still the joke of New York. Poll a casual NFL fan and I don’t think they can name two players on the Jets roster. Le’Veon Bell even took shots at the Jets recently.
🙄 that ain’t enough to come run with the Jets... https://t.co/R0Ockg5Leh

New England Patriots
AFC North - Baltimore Ravens
Cincinnati Bengals
Cleveland Browns
Pittsburgh Steelers
2017 record: 13-3
Odds to win Super Bowl LIII: 10-1
Why they won’t win it: Le'Veon Bell’s Twitter fingers.
Bell foolishly overlooked the Jaguars, assuming that the Steelers were bound to play the Pats in the AFC Championship. Jaguars came out and punched Pittsburgh in the mouth and the Steelers started making reservations for hotels in Cancun.
I love round 2’s...we’ll have two round 2’s in back to back weeks...
