Kyrie Irving is "pissed off" the Cavs are blocking him from the court.
According to ESPN.com, Cleveland's point guard is anxious to make his season debut but is being held back because the organization is "exercising extreme caution when it comes to their three-time All-Star point guard."
Irving is working his way back from fracturing his kneecap in June's NBA Finals and has basically been deemed ready for almost a week now by Blatt. But the playmaker apparently "still has testing to complete before the team clears him" which has frustrated Irving to the point where he's "pissed off" at the organization. Just not enough to say or demand anything outrageous.
When will we see Kyrie? Your guess is as good as mine. The Cavs begin a three-game homestand Thursday against the Thunder. Philadelphia comes to town Sunday and the Knicks arrive next Wednesday before Cleveland's big Christmas showdown with the Warriors in Oakland. Good luck keeping him out of that game.
