Earlier this month, Steelers star running back Le’Veon Bellinjured his knee. He will miss the remainder of the 2015-16 NFL season as a result of it. And for whatever reason, there are actually some people out there who are happy—yes, happy—about a guy sustaining such a major injury. They’ve taken to Twitter to tweet about it.
Last night, Bell decided to respond to a couple of those people. He started things off by sending this:
But then, he decided to try and find the worst possible tweet that had been sent out about his injury. He found it in the form of a tweet that featured a Twitter user directing the N-word at him. And he responded to the guy who sent it by killing him with kindness:
If Bell needed any extra motivation to come back from his torn MCL, it looks like he may have found it. What the hell is wrong with people?
