Old Man James Jones Somehow Beats Richard Sherman For a Touchdown

James Jones is turning back the clock

Before he resigned with the Green Bay Packers just ahead of Week 1, James Jones' career was thought to be fizzling out. At age 31 and coming off an average year in Oakland last season, he was cut by the Raiders in the offseason, then cut by the New York Giants in training camp.

But because Aaron Rodgers is a young quarterback gawd, he's already gotten Jones three touchdowns in two weeks. Jones' latest came tonight on Sunday night football, when he beat who many consider to be the best cornerback in the league, Richard Sherman, on a post route to the end zone. Rodgers, knowing he had a free play because of an offsides call on Michael Bennett, rolled out to his left and hit James in perfect stride.

Jones is beating Sherman for touchdowns and the world is upside down and nothing has any meaning.
