Hafthór Björnsson—a.k.a. Ser Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane from Game of Thrones—is, as you'd guess by his nickname on the HBO show, a mountain of a man. He proved it last month by carrying a 30-foot, 1,433-pound log and breaking a world record that stood for more than 1,000 years. And yesterday, he broke yet another record during the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival.

If we're being honest, this one wasn't anywhere near as impressive as the one he set with the 1,433-pound log (then again, what is?!?). But Björnsson managed to toss a 56-pound kettle bell 19 feet and three inches into the air to set a new world record. And when you consider the fact that most people would struggle to even pick a 56-pound kettle bell up, it's pretty amazing that he was able to pick it up and toss it so high into the air.

Watch Björnsson do it in the Instagram clip above. And then check out another angle of his throw below:

Björnsson is 6-foot-9, 419 pounds, so it's not a surprise that he's strong. But still, what he's been able to do has been incredible.
