Aaron Hernandez "Swore on His Baby's Life" That He Was at the Club When Odin Lloyd Was Killed

Aaron Hernandez told the Patriots that he was at the club when Odin Lloyd was killed back in June 2013.

Aaron Hernandez's fiancée Shayanna Jenkins finished testifying during his trial on Monday afternoon. But that doesn't mean that the hoopla surrounding the trial has died down at all. Because earlier this morning, two members of the Patriots organization were called to take the stand. And both of their testimonies were interesting, to say the least.

First, Patriots owner Robert Kraft took the stand to field questions. He talked about his relationship with Hernandez—the tight end would "always hug and kiss me," according to Kraft—and also said that Hernandez swore to him that he didn't have anything to do with the death of Odin Lloyd in June 2013. Hernandez apparently even went as far as to tell Kraft that he was at the club when the murder took place.

Then, Patriots security director Mark Briggs also took the stand after Kraft and said many of the same things that the New England owner did. But Briggs took it one step further by revealing that, in addition to telling the Patriots that he was at the club at the time Lloyd was murdered, Hernandez also swore on his young daughter's life that he was being truthful with the Pats.

Welp. Probably, er, definitely shouldn't have said that, huh?
