The Aaron Hernandez trial has hit its first snag.

Earlier today, the judge overseeing the trial made the decision to dismiss one of the jurors from the trial. Bristol County Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh dismissed the juror from the trial after discovering that she had allegedly talked about evidence related to Hernandez's case prior to becoming a juror. She also allegedly attended more Patriots game in the past than she reported on a questionnaire that she filled out prior to the start of the trial. So Judge Garsh removed her from her position and said that "discharge of the juror is indeed in the best interest of justice."

"Over the last few years, the juror has expressed an interest in serving on this particular jury," she said. "There is credible evidence that the juror has attended more Patriots games than were disclosed on the questionnaire."

The juror delayed the trial this morning. But it got back on track this afternoon with Odin Lloyd's girlfriend answering questions from the prosecution. Stay tuned for further developments in the trial moving forward.
