LeGarrette Blount didn't leave the Steelers roster earlier this week on the best of terms. He walked off the field before the end of Pittsburgh's game against the Titans on Monday night—and was unceremoniously released the following day. So you would think that Tom Brady might be a little hesitant to celebrate the fact that the Patriots signed Blount earlier today.
Think again. Brady took to his Facebook page this afternoon to welcome his former teammate back to New England. And he did so by posting this goofy video that features Brady and Blount exchanging a high-five last season with the Welcome Back, Kotter theme song playing in the background:
We'll see if Brady's singing the same tune in a couple weeks. But for now, it sounds like he's happy to have another offensive weapon at his disposal.
