It's pretty weird that Robert Griffin III was given his own statue outside Baylor's McLane Stadium, since, you know, it hasn't even been three full years since he left the school. Sure, he had an incredible career and helped turn Baylor into the nationally recognized program its become, but a statue? Aren't those usually reserved for people who win national titles, or something?

Perhaps is it some sort of irony, then, that the statue looks absolutely nothing like the current Washington Redskins rag doll quarterback. They got the hair right, but that's about it. The rest of his bronze facial features look like the most generic dude you could create on Madden. His face looks more like Zeus than anything resembling what RGIII actually looks like. Weird.
