The words "articulate" and "Lou Holtz" are two things that you rarely find together in the same sentence. No shots, but listening to the former head football coach of Notre Dame (among others) talk can be similar to the experience one gets when receiving his first colonoscopy.

In the latest installment of "Does Anyone Know What Lou Holtz Just Said?" we find the college football analyst attempting to say something to Rece Davis, though it's hard to tell exactly what that something might be. It's like someone told Holtz that instead of playing bingo again tonight, he gets to go to the park to feed a couple of birds, because he gets so excited that he doesn't actually form a single word. Here are a few guesses at what Holtz might have been trying to say:

"Well I don't get rain when my head's cold!" - Perhaps this is what ol' Lou was trying to say, because as we all know, when your head is already cold, it's hard to feel raindrops on it.

"Well I don't get it. Bring the whole cone!" - Maybe it was this! It makes a ton of sense, because when you buy an ice cream cone, what are you going to do, just not bring the entire cone? No. You always bring the full cone, clearly.

Whatever Holtz was attempting to say, I'm sure it had some sort of profound meaning behind it.
