In early April, TMZ reported that 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, along with teammate Quinton Patton and Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, played some kind of role in an alleged sexual assault in Miami. Kaepernick immediately took to Twitter to deny any wrongdoing, and now it appears that the whole ordeal can finally be put to bed. According to TMZ, Kaep will not face any charges from that alleged assault, after a thorough investigation by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office concluded that there was, "no indication that a criminal act was committed." Just let the man play.
