Saints' Jimmy Graham Is Doubtful to Play Against the Bills (Updated)

Bad news for fantasy owners and Saints fans.

Tight end Jimmy Graham has 37 receptions, 593 receiving yards, and six touchdowns. He leads his team in each of those categories, which is why it's understandable Drew Brees, Saints fans, and fantasy owners would be upset at the idea of him not playing today against the Bills. Graham injured his foot (torn plantar fascia) against the Patriots two weeks ago in an infamouslybad week for the team.

ESPN reported there was a "sense of optimism" that Graham would return. That seems to have went away, and Ben Watson doesn't soiund all that confident in himself filling Graham's shoes for today's game. "We can’t be Jimmy.  We’re not Jimmy,” said the 32-year-old veteran.

Graham isn't on the sidelines on a high note either. He failed to log a single catch against the Patriots, the first time since his rookie year. Until Graham has a chance to make up for it, the Saints—and fantasy owners—will just have to adjust accordingly.

UPDATED: Graham actually is playing with that injured foot. He even scored on a 15-yard catch.
