We have no idea where it came from, but this bull in Romania was on a mission and his target was this traffic cop. The guy was directing traffic, minding his business, when suddenly the bull stepped to him like a gangster and knocked him down hard. The CCTV footage shows the scene as it played out, then the video shows a group of civilians and officers tranquilize and attempt to subdue the lost animal. The traffic cop gets up, but we're pretty sure he had a concussion after that hit.
