It's basically just a limited edition conversion kit for the Henessey VelociRaptor, which is already a tuned SVT Raptor. This makes it the fastest way to get six of your friends to just about any spot on Earth. On the other hand, being a F-150 that has been turned into an SUV, it could also just be seen as a way to needlessly pay too much money for a Ford Excursion.
