As great as Kevin Durant is, he needs Russell Westbrook. It's like hookers and blow Based God and positivity. They're good by themselves, but together, it's an incredible experience.
Westbrook has the ability to be the few things KD isn't: he's the vocal, passionate leader who just so happens to play the most important position on the court. Now, the Thunder are expecting that type of output from a talented yet unproven second-year player named Reggie Jackson.
Durant can still take them far, maybe even the Finals. But without Robin (or Sasha Fierce), this Batman is going to be lost.
