Much has been made about the NBA's "One and done" rule over recent years. Some like it because it makes the pro game better while others knock it because it dilutes the college game. Both parties are right. Can't really argue with them. What we can say, though, is that certain guys should stay in school to either get a back-up plan in case they can't hang in the L, or to get better as a player and a person. Guys like Donte Greene and Anthony Randolph had good freshmen years at their respective schools, but are still trying to figure out how to play in the NBA. There are also players like Austin Rivers and Tyreke Evans who have the skills to pay the bills, but can't figure out what type of guard they're supposed to be. Finally, there are immature cats like DeMarcus Cousins and Michael Beasley that were NBA-ready in college, but once they got to the league couldn't handle the transition emotionally. Check out the One and Done Players Who Should've Stayed in School.
