Late yesterday, we provided you with a post that featured the city of San Francisco's reactions to the homophobic statements that 49ers cornerback Chris Cullivermade earlier this week. But, it's important to note that the people of San Fran aren't the only ones outraged by what Culliver said. Just go search "Chris Culliver" on Twitter, and you'll find tons of people criticizing him for his comments. And, amongst those tweets, you'll even find one from Seahawks punter Jon Ryan, who came out and said that he believes that Roger Goodell should suspend Culliver for what he said:

If Chris Culliver isn't suspended by Goodell then I am absolutely embarrassed to be part of a league that accepts this type of behavior.

We don't see that happening anytime soon, especially since it would set a dangerous precedent for what Goodell can and cannot suspend guys for. But, we've gotta give props to Ryan for being the first punter not named Chris Kluwe to step up and speak his mind! Who knows punters had such strong feelings about, well, anything?
