Partly commissioned by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games,'Creating the Spectacle!' is a series of live art and film events recording a self-propelled  underwater wheelchair controlled by artist Sue Austin. The wheelchair is the first of it's kind and was designed by the artist with the hope that it would help change preconceived notions of what it means to be disabled. See 'Part 1 - Finding Freedom' above and check out 'Part 2 - Finding the Flame' at the project's website We Are Free Wheeling.
