Moscow might not ring a bell as automotive mecca, but Mazda used the recent auto show in Russia to unveil the hotly anticipated Mazada6. The midsize sedan will feature a SkyActiv-G 2.0-liter gasoline engine and a 6-spped automatic to go with the refreshed body. Like other new models, the CX-5 and the Mazda3, the Mazda6 features a strong new grille. In this case, the design is pulled from the Kodo language employed by the Takeri Concept car.

Unlike recent Mazda6 models, 2014 will be imported direct from Japan rather than manufactured in Michigan. [The Detroit Bureau]
