Julien Lecomte may have been knocked unconscious after receiving an elbow to the spine and hitting his head while going up for a header, but that didn't stop the referee from thinking that it was just an elaborate dive. While Lecomte was lying on the stretcher out cold, the ref came over and gave him a second yellow card, which resulted in a red card and an automatic ejection. The doctors eventually diagnosed the midfielder with three compressed and displaced vertebrae in his neck and a serious concussion. Guess he wasn't faking it like these guys.
