For today's dose of WTF, we give you this Indiana man. He drove his Jeep Cherokee up the stairs onto the Indiana War Memorial, got out wearing nothing but an American flag and carrying a blue staff and an a cross, poured gasoline down the steps and set fire to it. He then pledged allegiance to the "Texas Army" and said that he wanted things to "go back to the way they used to be, saying it was safer 50 years ago." Ironically, 50 years ago the 49 year old Daniel Whitaker hadn't been born yet, and no doubt the world was indeed safer.
When he was arrested he was found to be carrying a semi-automatic hand gun.
