The Dubai Mall purposely switched the digits for some licensing reason OR they think Will Perdue is black OR they just unwittingly effed up the most iconic NBA number of all time. Whatever the case, it's a ginormous FAIL, and we applaud it. [Submitted by reader Ryan Krieger]
