The Michigan Wolverines are one of the most-storied football teams in collegiate history, and now the university is making more news. Michael Jordan himself has welcomed the school to Jordan Brand, which recently made headlines for its switch from adidas to Nike, starting in 2016.
This is the first time Jordan has sponsored a football team, and Jordan simply said, "I want to welcome my first football team to the Jordan family, Go Blue."
