Jordan Brand is going hard to celebrate the 30th anniversary of MJ's first signature sneaker next year.
After leaked images of Carmelo Anthony's gold Air Jordan 1s surfaced just last week, it looks like another elite Jordan Brand athlete will be blessed with his own pair. Photos of a never-before-seen Air Jordan 1 with "CP3" branding have recently emerged, leading to speculation that Chris Paul will also receive a special pair of 1s.
The sneakers feature predominantly navy paneling with white working around the ankle collar and heel counter as well as the toebox. Hits of university blue line the interior and add contrast to the quarter panel with a matching Swoosh.
No word yet on a possible drop date, but let's hope this pair, along with the Melo 1s, actually do release to the public.
