Just two weeks into June, and the month is already turning out to be pretty epic as far as sneaker releases are concerned. This weekend is jam-packed with highly anticipated drops, so we hope you've been saving accordingly.
Kicking things off is Nike Sportswear's "City" collection by way of the Free OG '14 "Tokyo" and "Shanghai" pack that release on Friday morning. These are three runners that you won't want to sleep on.
After months of anticipation the Air Jordan VI "Cigar" and "Champagne," or simply known as the "Celebration" pack, drop on Saturday. Just in time for Father's Day, Jordan Brand will also be releasing the "Family Forever" 1s, which is a sneaker designed by MJ's first three children.
Releasing alongside these retro Jordans is the Nike KD VI "What the KD," which marks the first time a KD mashup will be dropped on Nike.com.
Closing things off is the European release of the adidas Originals Stan Smith Primeknit, which will be available at premier boutiques overseas.

What You Need To Know: The Nike Free OG '14 Tokyo joins a long list of "City" sneakers that have already released this year. If previous drops are any indication, expect an instant sellout.

What You Need To Know: As of now, this is an in-store only release at all three Livestock locations (Gastown, West 4th, and Toronto).

What You Need To Know: This release may or may not happen at Sneakersnstuff. Fellow international retailer Hanon postponed its release and Nike Store Europe has already confirmed via Twitter it will not be releasing this weekend.
According to Sneakersnstuff's release calendar, the "What the LeBron" XI is still scheduled for June 14, but there has been little discussion about it from them.

What You Need To Know: The U.S. drop got pushed back to next weekend, but UK retailers Hanon and Footpatrol will be releasing their pairs online.

What You Need To Know: Both Sneakersnstuff and Norse Store are dropping the collection in-store. Sneakersnstuff will release any remianing pairs online at 7 a.m. EST. Norse will have a completely separate online launch at 6 a.m. EST.
